Wow ! We received the portrait of our Lizzie and am absolutely speechless. It's so beautiful! Her colours of are perfect and the detail is staggering! The reflections in her eyes are lovely and the whole composition is wonderful. You have a true gift Nick, and I cannot imagine the hours of patient concentration gradually building up the whole picture. It far exceeds my expectations and I cannot thank you enough. Naturally it reduced me to a few tears as it is so beautiful and reminds me of her so much. Well the portraits arrived today and I cried when I say them they are just beautiful I cannot not thank you enough . I am sure Mark is going to be blown away with them. The Birthday is not till the 20th of December and I cannot wait to give them to him.
Once they are matted and framed I will send some pictures along.

Portrait delivered safely at 10.10 this morning by our loyal postie. Although I should have waited for Christmas, I had to unwrap it and take a look and John and I are absolutely thrilled with it – it looks even better ‘in the flesh’ than the scan on the PC. We feel that you have really captured ‘our boys’, Nick, and once we get it framed and hung it will be something which will delight us for years!
